Fermented beancurd was a major letdown. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

Baby was back on saturday evening. Ya la, booked in already. :(

We went for dinner and shisha at this cafe along arab street.

Baby ordered this turkish coffee, recommended by the waiter. Either we do not know how to drink this thing or we aren't turkish. Either way, we don't like it la. For me I played safe, I had coke. =p
We also ordered foul with sausages served with arabic bread. And a basket of fries. They are VERY generous with their basket of fries. I ordered this thing call sharwama or however it is spelt. It's actually mutton and beef wrapped with arabic bread, served with wedges/rice. Big serving and it's 6 bucks I think.
Due to the new rule about non-smoking and smoking area, we couldn't shisha at our table. It was fullhouse that day so we had to move into the lounge for our shisha. The lounge was almost an epitome of perfection. The lighting was dimmed and the ambience was really relaxing and comfortable. Arabic music, I think, in the background. Shisha by hand and baby by my side.

We left the place at around 1230am to catch Pirates of the Caribbean at town. Took a cab down to cineleisure and yes, it was damn packed again.
Somehow the taxi uncles are damn nice that day. For instance, if the fare was like $4.35, the uncle would just charged us 4bucks. I wonder if it's because we kept talking about the increased taxi fare on the cab. Hahah, maybe that's why all the uncles gave us a discount. I must be in a super good mood or what, I kept saying thank you and even bade all the taxi uncles byebye after alighting.

We watched the 3am show. Johnny depp's so cuuuuttteee! But I thought he was much funnier and had more screentime in the first one. What's up with orlando bloom huh? I don't find him good looking at all. Doesn't matter.. Captain Jack Sparrow! Where is it? Where's the thump-thump? LOL. He looked so sexy and horny when he was kissing elizabeth! Two thumbs-up to the show. :)

Took a cab back to baby's place. Woke up at 230pm the next day and watched Windstruck. Then it was back to pasir ris for the much dreaded book in. See you on sat honneyyyy!

Today's a happy and wonderful day! With lots and lots of laughter and laughter. Hahaha. I love the original line-up of tb30, but without sh*un. Met up with heng, nessa and jessica and all 9 of us went to have mac over at kap, before rushing off to lt45 for another lecture. It was nonsense and nonsense all the way from kap back to school. I think we've grown much closer over the past year. We should have more of such bonding sessions! Dinner dinner, tb30ers? :P

I got sunshine in a bag

In a relationship, you give and you take. However, when one party gives too much and the other just keep taking, the equilibrium will be upset.

Had sakae for lunch with baby and his family on sat. Then baby and I went to beach rd to get some stuffs. Played some pool and headed town. Wanted to catch a movie, but everywhere was packed with people and we were so lazy to walk and squeeze through the crowd. Especially after we realised Thank you for smoking is M18. Fuck, five more months to go. After hanging around town for an hour or so, we took a cab down to ammk. Baby wanted to get some ps2 games but they were outofstock. Went over to the vcd shop and bought Saving Private Ryan and Gladiator! :D Then to ntuc to get some beer and chips.
Got back to his house and had a little movie marathon over beer and chips. Baby makes good shandy! Watched Saving first and it lasted us from 10p to 1am. Haha. I love war movies! All the blood shedding and inspiring moments... then we watched My Sassy Girl which I had brought over. Was supposed to wait for the 3am match but I fell asleep halfway through Sassy. Baby continued watching and apparently, he likes the show. Hahah. Both of us just went to sleep after that. Hahah.
Woke up today and checked the internet for the score. Disappointing; 3-1 to ger. But still, well done port.
Then Gladiator for the next 3 hours. There was a lot of talking in between but I thought the fightings and killings were awesome. And it was time to book in again..

So baby's back in camp now and will be away for field camp for the next five days. Meaning, no phone calls or messages for the next five days. I'll take it as taking leave from the boyfriend. :( Just have to keep myself occupied with revision and projects for the next five days and all will be over in a whoosh! Yes?

Semi-charmed Life

Finally the weekends are here. :) Had been a rather busy week filled with projects, projects and yes, projects. Actually I'm quite excited about our ecd project. And blaw presentation too! I hope it'll rock my ass off.

For the first time this week, I get to come home early and slack my afternoon away. Right now, I'm enjoying myself in the luxury of my air-con and good music. Tomorrow's Sat; baby's booking out! :D We're going to enjoy ourselves so much SO MUCH, to make up for all the lost time. Ger v Port on sun morning which means, baby, we can watch TOGETHER! :D I am DARN excited okay. Ballack and Ronaldo on screen and baby by my side. HAHAHA!

HAHAHAHHAHA! I was right. Portugal will win, and they DID! Christina and me are like damn high la. Omg. Do you know how happy we are right now? HAHAHAHAHA! I was rushing home from town to catch the match but I missed the first 30 mins. Good thing the scoreline was only 0-0. And then I was glued to the tv. When beckham was substituted and rooney sent off, I thought Port would definitely score.. But eng put on a tough fight. They defended well, very well in fact. With 10 men left and they could still hold port down and kept on attacking. Too bad la.. if only rooney didn't push my ronaldo. HAHAHAHA. :/
It was damn exciting la, especially at the penalty shoot outs. I almost died. Lol. Was shouting and cheering and cursing like mad (alone) when viana missed the penalty shot. Petit was too nervous la.. But I knew eng would screw up somehow :/ No offence though.
Although ricardo has got a very irritating face, but yes, good job keeper. :D

I'm liking miguel more and more. He's so hardworking! Hahaha. Running so hard for every ball.
